Care 2 Recruit are a recruiting for two Deputy Managers, one in Telford, the other Shropshire for a client who has been in the Residential Childcare Sector for 20 years.
The salary for these roles varies depending on experience, starting from £27,986 per annum plus sleep ins - £62.64 per sleep. The rota pattern is 2 on 4 off, with a sleep in included, you can be working sleep in shifts 4-10 times per month.
